Once it's on its way, standard delivery within the United States typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We take real care in how every order is packaged, but we know things can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging.
Once we've reviewed everything, we'll arrange for the item to be returned and send you a replacement at no additional cost. We stand behind everything we make.
All KineRack products are crafted from solid red oak hardwood. We choose red oak for its exceptional strength, durability, and natural beauty — qualities that give each piece a timeless, furniture-grade character that holds up beautifully over time.
Yes — every KineRack product is designed and handcrafted right here in the United States, in our workshop in Urbana, Illinois. Each piece is built by us, not a factory.
Yes. We use food-safe finishes on all of our products. In many pieces, we use shellac-based finishes — derived from natural resins and widely recognized as food-safe when fully cured. We wouldn't put anything in your home that we wouldn't put in ours.
No — and that's intentional. Each piece of wood has its own unique grain pattern, almost like a fingerprint. While the design, craftsmanship, and dimensions stay consistent across every order, no two KineRack pieces will ever look identical. That natural variation is part of what makes every piece genuinely one-of-a-kind.
Our designs are built to accommodate both regular mouth and wide mouth mason jar lids, giving you flexibility depending on your preference. If you have a specific setup in mind, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Reach out to us at info@kinerack.com to get started.
We handle every situation on a case-by-case basis because we'd rather find the right solution for you than apply a blanket policy. If your item arrives damaged or something isn't right with your order, reach out and we'll work with you — whether that means a replacement, a repair, or something else entirely.
